Purchasing an upgrade to the VIP meet & greet does not include a concert ticket.
If you do not purchase a concert ticket in addition to this upgrade, you will not be admitted to the event.
The time of the meet and greet usually starts an hour before doors open to general admission, but be aware the time may change on the day of the show. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the scheduled meet and greet start time to check in.
If you miss VIP check-in/pick-up, we can’t guarantee that you can get the physical goods that came with your package.
Tickets will be delivered to the email address used to purchase during checkout after your order has been processed. Allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed. Please double check you entered the correct email address during checkout to ensure ticket delivery.
If you have not received your VIP tickets after 3 days, please make sure to check your Junk / Spam folders.
Please contact us if you have not received your ticket before filing a dispute with PayPal.
All sales are final. Returns and refunds will not be allowed.
If you fail to show up for the meet and greet you will not be refunded for your purchase.
